Julie Share's Bella Bodies TOP 10 Golden Rules:  - To kick start your treatments, begin by THINKING POSITIVE: don’t think of this as a depressing period full of restrictions, but rather as a return to a healthy, balanced lifestyle.
- Know where you are going: be realistic when you set your OBJECTIVES! And reshape yourself.
 - DRINK at least 2 liters of water each day: this is necessary to drain and hydrate your body.
 - Eat at regular hours in a calm setting and as SLOWLY as possible: put down your fork between each bite.
 - WATCH what you eat:
- Avoid snacking, of course: eat less in order to eat better.
- Avoid hidden sugar in soda’s, candies, sauces ready to eat dishes…
- Opt for “good” fat (from fish, olive oil etc..) and reduce animal fat (meat, cheese, etc)
 - GET MOVING: Exercise regularly!
- Sign up for a regular sports activity that you enjoy (gym, aerobics, jogging, swimming etc..) Set the time in advance at least 3 times a week.
 - Start pampering yourself from time to time and do not refuse invitations: for a successful body re-shaping treatment over the long term, you have to live normally – without compulsive rewards. Tricks that work when you go out: limit your alcohol intake, do not take extra servings, avoid overly rich desserts.
 - Breath in deeply during the day and RELAX: this is the best way to avoid cravings due to stress.
 - Get rid of bad food habits. EAT A BIT OF EVERYTHING: we are omnivorous and should eat a diverse diet. Rediscover fruits and vegetables (at least 5 a day!) for their vitamins, fibre and natural sugars. Reduce your salt intake to prevent retention.
